Document Description
The Siskiyou County Code specifies that all subdivision improvements shall be in accordance with the specifications of the County's Land Development Manual (LDM). The County has undertaken this effort to update the existing standards to ensure that the LDM is consistent with the County's General Plan, Zoning Ordinance, and other local, State, and Federal regulatory requirements. The LDM will not approve any particular project, rather it will set minimum standards of how a project will be designed and built once approved.
