The improvements include a 0.0865 mgd packaged treatment (membrane bioreactor) unit, UV light disinfection system, and new sludge handling facilities. Sitework includes earthwork, foundations, yard piping, paving, site electrical and backup power (standby generator). The treatment plant will be capable of producing tertiary effluent suitable for future recycled water uses.
