The project consists of replacement and reconstruction of the Vallecito-Douglas Flat wastewater treatment plant. The project will be located on the same site and have substantially the same purpose and capacity as the older plant. The new treatment units will be designed for an average daily flow of 1.10-mgd. The project will include replacement and reconstruction of package treatment units, influent screen, and sludge handling facilities.
