- CUP and a Design Review Permit to allow replacement of five existing petroleum storage tanks that have reached the end of useful life and need to be removed from service, and construction of one new firewater storage tank (the "Project"). The five replacement petroleum storage tanks, collectively, would have a capacity of 541,000 barrels. The existing tanks being replaced have a combined capacity of 366,000 barrels, so there would be a net increase in storage capacity of 175,000 barrels.
