Document Description
The request is to rezone the property to Limited Residential (R-L) and Open Space (OS) in conjunction with a three-parcel residential land division. Two of the proposed parcels would be approximately 11.46 acres in size and populated with existing residences. The proposed third parcel would be approximately 15.9 acres in size and undeveloped. The existing residences are served by existing on-site wells and septic systems. If it were to be developed, the proposed third parcel would also be served by a well and septic system. Development activities would be limited to future clearing, well drilling, septic system installation, and construction on the undeveloped parcel.
