Document Description
Numerous landowners in this area have been served for decades with A.C.I.D. surface water for the purpose of agricultural irrigation. A recent determination by the US Bureau of Reclamation that the subject lands lay outside the A.C.I.D. service area boundary precludes continued service to these lands unless they are annexed into the service area. No development or land use changes are planned for the subject area.
