Document Description
The project involves the demolition of a 23,276 square foot, one-story industrial building for new construction of a 73,935 square foot two-story data center on a developed lot on a ML zoned property. The project includes the removal of 58 trees, surface parking areas and installation of new trees, landscaping, pedestrian amenities and VTA bus duck-out. The project is designed for LEED Platinum certification.
