- The project consists of improvements to the wastewater treatment and disposal system, potable water infrastructure, and modifications to the storm water drainage. The Lahontan Regional Water Quality Control Board circulated the Initial Study/Neg Dec on January 24, 2011 and received no comments, The Water Board certified the Neg Dec in conjunction with adopting Waste Discharge Requirements for the wastewater treatment and disposal facility on April 13, 2011.
