A Coastal Development Permit for a new constructed wetland. The project is designed to infiltrate, evaporate and transpire the daily effluent flow rate of 145,000 gallons from DG Fairhaven's cogeneration facility, which is located on an adjacent property. A permanent approximately 4.5 acre open-water wetland will be constructed. Presently the effluent is discharged directly into the ocean.
