Document Description
The applicant is requesting approval to construct a 1,800 gallon per minute (GPM) well pumping into a one-million gallon storage tanks utilizing a 2,000 GPM booster pump station. The site is 1.48 acres with a .77 access road and a 1.88 acre temporary construction access easement/road leading to and from the site to East Dorset Drive. In addition to the well and tank there will be an equipment building and back-up generator located on the site. The property will be surrounded by a six foot high chain-link fence with two gates.
