Note: Review per lead Construction and operation of a permanent Joint Operations Center as a replacement facility for current operations on El Camino Avenue, including special needs, essential services, and requisite office space for U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, CA Department of Water Resources, and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's National Weather Service. The new facility is proposed to accommodate up to 600 Federal and State employees and would consist of 200,000 s.f. of building space.
