The proposed project will create 60 apartment units (18 studios, 20 one-bedroom units, and 22 two-bedroom units) on the property. 2.94 acres of the site will remain in open space, including a 1.92 acre wetland, a typical 50-foot wide building setback area between the developed area and the wetland, and a 50-foot wide wildlife corridor along the north side of Samoa Boulevard. The apartments will take access across the adjacent property, Parkway Apartments, which take access from Union Street via Community Park Way. Fire access and turnaround will be provided onsite.
