Document Description
Proposal to develop up to 200,000 square feet of office uses on City Parking Plazas 1 and 2, and a portion of Plaza 3 (four acres total). While no specific development project is proposed at this time, it is anticipated that the site could be developed with multiple commercial office building (up to 45 feet) on each Plaza. Each plaza would also be developed with two to four levels of below-grade parking to provide parking for the new development and to replace existing public parking that was displaced by this project and several recent projects downtown.
