Proposed General Plan designation of Downtown Commercial and a proposed Zoning designation of Commercial Downtown (CD). Develop four acres of existing surface parking lots with up to 200,000 sf of office space with two to four levels of underground garages to provide parking for the office uses and to replace existing public parking. The project would be broken up into three phases, to minimize loss of public parking, with two years between each phase of development.
