Document Description
San Francisco Region Properties, Inc., which operates Thunderhill Raceway Park, is proposing to amend the existing General Plan of Development for the site. The amended plan will serve as a guide for the location of future land uses allowed under the "RPM" zone on Thunderhill property. According to Glenn County Code S15.520.050(C), all those uses permitted or conditionally permitted by general and specific plans of development in the RPM district. The project consists of: (A) Consideration and Decision of Approving the General Plan of Development for the site. (B) Consideration and Decision of Approving a Negative Declaration for the project.
