Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2015-0085-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, City of Elk Grove. The proposed project will remove the existing storm drain outfall and concrete bag headwall and replace it with a new storm drain outfall and concrete bag slope protection. The existing box culvert will be left in place. The proposed project will remove 15 cubic yards (CY) of earth from Whitehouse Creek and will install 15 CY of rock slope protection (RSP) and RSP fabric. At the outfall the project will remove 3.5 CY of earth and will install 4.3 CY of concrete. The construction of the project will result in 0.004 acres of permanent impacts and 0.03 acres of temporary impacts to Department jurisdictional areas.
