Document Description
The proposed Rezone would change the zoning of the site to Residential, Single-Family Dwelling, Medium Lot, Planned Development District (R-1-ML PD) and Open Space and Conservation District (OSC). The proposed Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map would subdivide the existing parcels into 11 residential lots totaling 5.98 acres, and 0.85-acre common area. A 4.89-acre open space area, a private street and an emergency access drive. The Planned Development Permit would allow for the development of 11 single-family residential custom homes and associated site improvements. No residential units are proposed for construction as part of this project.
