Revisions of approved actions application for a previously approved religious assembly facility for a maximum of 400 people to amend condition 1. J. Screening which requires a solid masonry wall 6' feet to 7' feet high along the northern and southern property lines and allow for a 6' foot high wrought iron fence with vegetation as screening along the northern and southern property lines. The parcel is not under a Williamson Act contract. The project is located on the east side of B Street, 123 feet north of Thirteenth Street. (Stockton)
