- The 0.02-acre Colombini Water Diversion in Mosher Creek Project consists of installing a new 3,000 gallons per minute capacity agricultural pumping facility for diverting surface water from Mosher Creek. The purpose of the project is to provide surface water for irrigating agricultural lands adjacent to the creek. The project area is located in Lodi, San Joaquin County. The diversion will be installed on the north bank of Mosher Creek at River Mile 14.5.
