Document Description
The proposed project consists of: 1) a request to change the pre-zoning designations from HPD (Hillside Planned Development) and OS (Open Space) Districts, to HPD-S and OS-S interim study overlay districts, and 2) a request for annexation into the City of Pittsburg City Limits. The project site is located within the Spheres of Influence (SOI) for the City of Pittsburg, Delta Diablo Sanitation District (DDSD) and Contra Costa Water District (CCWD) and is within the Pittsburg Voter-Approved Urban Limit Line (ULL). No master plan or plans for development have been submitted as a part of this request for annexation, and no physical development is proposed at this time. Any future development or subdivision of the project site would be subject to additional CEQA review when a specific development proposal is submitted to the City.
