Document Description
A minor subdivision to create four (4) parcels ranging in size from 7,887 sq ft (ne) to 20,230 sq ft (net). The existing 1.3 acre parcel is currently undeveloped. The Special Permit is required to reduce the Streamside Management Area setback to 50 ft on a perennial stream and 25 feet on an intermittent drainage; and to remove up to five (5) conifers from proposed buildings sites. Also an exception to the Subdivision Regulations to permit subdivision access to be provided by a right of way 20 feet in width. Each parcel will be served by community water and sewer.
