The project is adoption of a Master Plan for establishment of a "Community Farm" at the Calle Joaquin site, development of several agricultural buildings for processing of produce and for educational programs, installation of a hiking/biking trail across the property to connect two streets, expansion of the riparian area of Prefumo Creek, and programs for growth of the facility upon future annexation and development of neighboring properties.
