Document Description
The proposed project is a request for a Tract Map to construct 36 single family residential units on approximately 80 acres. The applicant has also applied for a Conditional Use Permit for onsite grading and hillside management, and an Oak Tree Permit, for the removal of five oak trees. The lots will be developed with a two (2) acre minimum lot size. The project proposes 600,000 cubic yards of cut and fill which will be balanced on-site. Access will be taken from the future connection of Sloan Canyon Road. The project will be served by Los Angeles County Water District #36 and Santa Clarita Valley Sanitation District.
