Document Description
The proposed project is a multipurpose trail (segment) to be located along the Charolais Road (west) extension between South River Road and Riverbank Lane. It will connect the South River Road/Charolais Road bike lane to the existing southern trail end at the Salinas River Parkway Restoration/Larry Moore Park area. There is an existing 100 foot wide City owned right-of-way corridor that is proposed for a multiuse trail connection and environmental restoration. This segment of the multipurpose trail will provide a safe, (Class I) pathway located away from vehicles, and it will provide an important link in the City's bicycling and pedestrian network.
