Document Description
Variance/Coastal Development Permit to allow for the grading on slopes in excess of 30% and construction of a new three-story 2,778 square foot single family residence with an attached 780 square foot garage, plus 132 square feet of deck, with approx. 120 linear feet of off-site improvements to Cerro Gordo Ave., to the nearest County maintained road. The project will disturb the entire 2,800 sf parcel, and 3,200 sf off-site for road improvements, for a total of approximately 6,000 square feet of disturbance for the whole of the project. The project is located on the east side of Cerro Gordo Avenue, approximately 315 feet north-east of Shearer Avenue.
