The proposed project involves the adoption of the North Downtown Compton Specific Plan. This new development will lead to physical changes in the environment. The Specific Plan includes four districts: 1) the Compton Boulevard Mixed-Use District, 2) the Transit District, 3) the North Downtown Residential District, and 4) the Rosecrans Boulevard Mixed-Use District. The Specific Plan establishes land use and development standards for each district.
