Document Description
Construction of a new, two-story, 24-1/2 foot in height, approximately 1,600 square-foot single-family dwelling and detached two-car garage, on an approximately 7,500 square-foot vacant hillside lot located within the R1-1VL Zone. Less than 1,000 cubic yards of dirt is proposed to be exported in conjunction with the project.
