Document Description
Construction of a new, two-story, 24-1/2 foot in height, approximately 1,600 square-foot single-family dwelling and detached two-car garage, on an approximately 7,500 square-foot vacant hillside lot located within the R1-1VL Zone. Less than 1,000 cubic yards of dirt is proposed to be exported in conjunction with the project. As proposed, the project requests Zoning Administrators Determinations to waive roadway improvement requirements, both in front of the property and to the boundary of the hillside area.
