Document Description
A General Plan/Zoning Amendment to change the land use classification and zoning on the parcel from Residential to Rural Economic/Recreation subclassification and from Mountain General to Resort Commercial. CIM Plan: Yosemite Adventure Ranch has two components; Gold Rush Zip Line Park and Longview Stables. The zip line component features on lien affording a four stage traverse and dual lines affording an up to 1/4 mile descent. The stable operation will provide horseback riding opportunities using the existing horses, barn, and arena on the property. Additional facilities include a concession trailer; picnic tent; equipment container; processing tent; and portable restrooms.
