As filed, the project is in request of the following entitlements: 1) Specific Plan Exception to allow 7 units and 7 parking spaces in lieu of the 2 dwelling units and 16 parking spaces otherwise permitted in the Venice Specific Plan; 2) Coastal Development Permit to allow the conversion of 4 guest rooms and 1 recreation room into 5 dwelling units; 3) Specific Plan Project Permit Compliance to review the conversion and parking; and 4) Mello Determination.
