Coastal Development Permit, pursuant to the provisions of Section 12.20.2 of the I.A.M.C, to allow the construction of a new approx. 84,500 sf residential development consisting of 3 buildings containing a total of 49 units in the dual jurisdiction of the CA Coastal Zone. The 2 northernmost buildings will be constructed over a subterranean parking podium providing a total of 129 parking spaces. Mello Act Compliance Review pursuant to the provisions of CA Government Code Section 65590 and 65590.1 is required. Haul Route for the export/import of approx. 19,000 cubic yards of earth material is required for the grading of this project.
