A Coastal Development Permit, pursuant to the provisions of Section 12.20.2 of the Los Angeles Municipal Code, to allow the construction of a new approx. 84,500 s.f. residential development consisting of 3 buildings containing a total of 49 units in the dual permit jurisdiction of the CA Coastal Zone. The 2 northernmost buildings will be constructed over a subterranean parking podium providing a total of 129 parking spaces. Mello Act Compliance Review pursuant to the provision of CA Government Code Section 65590 and 65590.1 is required. A Haul Route is required for the export/import of approx. 19,000 cubic yards of earth material.
