Document Description
Request by Chevron Environmental Management Co. for a Minor Use Permit/Coastal Development Permit to allow for the construction of an access road and to drill and construct five ground water monitoring wells. The project will result in the disturbance of ~ 0.75 acre on a 90.18 acre parcel. The access road is temporary and is only to ensure the drilling equipment and testing equipment can safety access the drill sites. When testing is complete the area is proposed to be restored.
