Document Description
The project is the Hawano Industrial Subdivision. The project is a Tentative Map for 23 light industrial lots and one detention basin lot on approximately 80 acres. The project is located on the southeast corner of Airway Road and Airway Place, in East Otay Mesa, an unincorporated area of the County of San Diego. The site is subject to the "Village" General Plan Regional Category and Land Use Designation "Specific Plan". The site is zoned S88 Specific Plan and has a Light Industrial designation. The specific use of each proposed parcel will be established through a Site Plan submittal.
