Note: Final Response to Comments The Lower Mesa Restoration Project for the Bolsa Chica Mesa is a cooperative project between CDFG and the Bolsa Chica Land Trust. The goal of this project is the creation/rehabilitation of the 118 acre property incorporating 6 sustainable habitat areas and the completion of a perimeter trail system utilizing a portable on-site native plant nursery and volunteer efforts from the community.
