The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code for the Bowman Road construction Project between Jacks Ranch Road and Downs Street in Ridgecrest. The Project will widen and pave Bowman Road where it crosses two (2) unnamed desert washes, which the California Department of Fish and Game ("CDFG") has determined is subject to regulation pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1600 et seq.
