Planning Case 2009-171 (Plot Plan No. 22670): A proposal to permit the establishment of a mobile/modular building storage and refurbishment yard on a vacant 4.63 net acre site located on the east side of Murrieta Road, ~ 303 feet north of McLaughlin Road in the northwestern portion of the incorporated city of Menifee. The storage component will involve ~ 140,000 sq ft (3.21 acres) and a total of 15,430 sq ft (0.35 acre) will be used for parking and drive aisles. Along with storage function, operation of the facility will be from a 1,792 sq ft modular office building located in the western portion of the site.
