Document Description
The proposed "project" is the update of the City's Housing Element. The Housing Element establishes strategies to address the community's housing needs over a five-year period. As required by State law, the City of Arvin has identified programs in the Housing Element to meet its fair share of the existing and future housing needs of the region.
