Document Description
The project includes the construction two 5,500 sf retail buildings at the corner, the 247,421 sf Beach Mixed-Use building, the 89,044 sf Warner Mixed-Use building, and two parking structures for a total of 341,965 sf of building area. Proposed uses would include 279 dwelling units (304,864 sf), 29,600 sf of retail uses, and 6,000 sf of restaurant uses, as well as associated parking and open space. Of the 321,009 sf of existing development on the site, 99,273 sf would be replaced with proposed development and 221,736 sf would remain.
