Cordua Irrigation District, as responsible agency, is approving the Long Term Water Transfers EIS/EIR that analyzes transfers from Cordua and other potential sellers from 2015 through 2024; Cordua adopted an addendum analyzing transfers during 2015 through 2024 to additional buyers that are members of the State Water Contractors, Inc.; Cordua adopted the 2016 Water Transfer Project of up to 12,000 acre-feet of water made available by groundwater substitution to participating members of the State Water Contractors, Inc. and/or San Luis & Delta Mendota Water Authority.
