Document Description
The 2019 LTWT Final EIS/EIR (certified by SLDMWA in April 2020) analyzed transfers through the Delta from July to September. This Addendum evaluates refining the Proposed Project considered in the 2019 LTWT Final EIS/EIR to include conveyance of transfer water into the fall months (October and November), in accordance with USFWS and NOAA Fisheries biological opinions released in 2019. This Addendum evaluates the potential differences between the impacts analyzed in the 2019 LTWT Final EIS/EIR and those associated with project refinements. SLDMWA determined the refinements would not result in new or more severe environmental effects.
