Document Description
The CDFW is issuing Amendment No. 1 to Streambed Alteration Agreement 1600-2011-0178-R4 to the Permittees, RE Rosamond One LLC and RE Rosamond Two LLC. The Project as originally permitted includes activities related to the construction and operation of a photovoltaic solar generation facility. Project components in jurisdictional areas include the removal of a 24-inch culvert at the northern boundary of the Project site, photovoltaic panel poles, and the construction of a maximum of nine (9), 15-foot-wide, at-grade service paths that cross Drainage 2. Electrical cable and wire trenches will be located within the service path footprint when they cross Drainage 2 and vegetarian removal and recontouring will occur over the entire length of Drainage 2 within the Project site. A total of 780 cubic yards of fill will be placed at multiple locations in Drainage 2 and a chain link security fence will cross Drainage 2 at the northern and southern Project site boundaries. Amendment No. 1 includes the extension of the deadline date from May 19, 2014 to May 19, 2015 to complete offsite mitigation.
