- DWR will enter into a 20-year power purchase agreement with the RE Columbia, LLC for 45 MW of solar capacity and associated energy to be generated at two contiguous sites in Kern County. These two sites, Columbia and Columbia Two, are part of a larger solar project proposed by the developer and approved by Kern County in December, 2011.
