The applicant is requesting two Specific Plan Amendments, one General Plan Amendment, six Zone Changes, and ten CUP, to allow for the construction of 10 photovoltaic solar facilities with a combined output of approximately 214 MW. The ten individual projects consist of a combined 1,709 acres. Water and sewer services are not required.
