The applicant is requesting Conditional Use Permits on all ten sites, a Specific Plan Amendment on Sites 1 and 2, and Zone Changes on Sites 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, and 9 to allow for the construction of 10 photovoltaic solar facilities with a combined output of approximately 221 Megawatts (MW). The project consists of a combined 1709 acres. Water and sewer services are not required.
