The property is developed with a single family residence and will continue to be utilized as such. There is no planned change in land use. Ms. Briones wishes to bring the property back into trust status for the purpose of consolidation, cultural preservation, and placing the land into trust status will protect its unique Indian status and insure its integration back into the larger Reservations land base.
