- Rehabilitate Residence 12 in Columbia State Historic Park to comply with current health and safety codes and repair the historic structure. Interior wall work will cover the existing wall paper in the living room and breakfast nook with wallboard in the master bedroom; Install sheet rock in the hallway; and repaint all walls, ceilings, and trim. Replace worn carpet and vinyl flooring. Bathroom work will replace existing dilapidated bathtub and toilet with acrylic bath/shower enclosure and new toilet .
