- The proposed Investigation would consist of 5 geotechnical borings, no more than 6 inches in diameter to collect data to identify and document geologic characteristics below and in the vicinity of the proposed location of the cut-off wall for Ponds F3 East and West in the Sunol Valley near the Sunol Valley rock quarries. The Investigation would provide geotechnical information for the design of the SABPL Project which would involve construction of an approximately 6,500-foot long, 66-inch diameter backup pipeline that would run parallel to the existing San Antonio Pipeline in Unincorporated Alameda County near the Town of Sunol.
