- This project consists of constructing a retaining structure of Sea Pt. Homeowners Association 1-3' in height and consisting of two section of 25 and 65 lineal feet. The structure will be constructed so that it can be planted with native vegetation and so it will be moveable if conditions change or if emergency access is needed. The structure will have 12' gap to allow for trail access to Torrey Pines State Reserve and access for equipment if retention basin requires maintenance. This project may require temporarily disturbing approximately 500 sf of coastal sage scrub vegetation. Parks will remove the spoils pile (approximately 1000 cy of sandy textured soil) to the south end of San Elijo State Beach.
