The project will fund the technical, environmental, and economic feasibility study for a proposed biorefinery that will generate CNG from food and green waste. These studies include creating the operating entity, contracting with future partners and suppliers, analyzing sites for feasibility, analyzing market conditions, planning for commercialization, analyzing and testing biomass feedstock, and engineering the equipment and processes for implementation in a commercial biorefinery.
