Document Description
The applicant (Saint Jude Medical Center) proposes to conduct emergency storm drain outlet repair that consist of the installation of a reinforced concrete collar, fitted to a reinforced concrete pipe leading to a headwall lined with riprap matching the existing grade of Brea Creek. Prior to construction, the stream will be diverted via a temporary pipe bypass or coffer dams or equivalent structure. A 65 feet x 59 feet work area will be staked delineating the limits of work. Gravel bags, at a two bag height, will be installed around the entire work area to protect against erosion.
